1.      10 levels of test force, meeting all test forces within the standard

3.      The rotating turret is equipped with two different magnification objective lenses, 10X and 20X, which can be used to scan a wide range of sample contours at low magnification as needed.

HVS—AXY Vickers hardness automatic measurement and control system

The HVS-AXY Vickers hardness automatic measurement and control system is a computer-controlled system independently developed by Naibo (Software Registration Certificate No.: 2016SR176822). It seamlessly connects with various models of Vickers (including Micro Vickers) Vickers hardness testers to form a perfect hardness tester automatic measurement system.

This automatic hardness measurement system is primarily used for Vickers hardness testing of various metals and some non-metallic materials. It can measure the hardness of various metal parts and parts after thermal post-treatment. It is also suitable for measuring the effective hardened layer depth, heat-affected zones of coatings and welds. It can also be used to observe the internal metallographic structure of various metal parts and to capture, display, and print images.

The system is particularly suitable for measuring the surface hardness, hardness gradient distribution curve and effective hardened layer depth of heat-treated workpieces.

1.      Delivery Time

Delivery will be made within 10 working days after the contract is signed and effective.

2.      Technical Data

1)     Provide the purchaser with the factory quality verification warranty and complete random technical information along with the instrument;

2)     Provide the purchaser with a Chinese version of the instruction manual along with the instrument, including the instrument installation, operation, maintenance, use and repair manual;

3)     Special software with independent intellectual property rights and a backup CD are provided randomly, and users enjoy the lifelong right to use the software.

3.      Installation, commissioning, acceptance and training

1)     Responsible for free installation and debugging of the equipment after it arrives;

2)     At the user's site, both parties shall inspect and accept the appearance, operation and accuracy of the equipment according to relevant national standards, technical agreements, configuration lists, product technical parameters and factory technical indicators;

3)     After the final acceptance of the equipment, the supplier will be responsible for providing free on-site training on the use, maintenance and repair procedures of the equipment to the user's operating technicians for a period of 2 working days (to ensure that the user's technicians can operate independently and perform basic maintenance on the equipment).

4.      Warranty and Repair

1)     The product quality assurance period is 12 months;

2)     After the final acceptance of the equipment, parts and services will be provided free of charge during the warranty period and will be guaranteed to be timely and effective; (After the acceptance is completed, the warranty period will be calculated from the date of acceptance signature by both parties)

3)     After the equipment warranty period expires, we can still provide technical support and preferential spare parts supply. Repair fees outside the warranty period are negotiated by both parties.

5.      After-sales service commitment

1)     We have fixed maintenance service centers and professional maintenance personnel in China to provide lifelong maintenance services;

2)     When equipment breaks down, the supplier should respond within 8 hours after receiving the user's information, arrive at the user's site within 48 hours, eliminate the problem and put the equipment into use within 3 working days. If the equipment needs to be returned to the factory for repair, the supplier guarantees to provide similar equipment for temporary use to ensure that the user's test and inspection can proceed normally.

3)     Guarantee to visit the user at least once during the warranty period;

4)     Provide free technical support to users according to their requirements.
