HCDX-310 Permanent Magnetic Yoke flaw detector, it is special use for magnetic powder inspection, the testing tool is small and portable, and do not need power supply.
It is mainly use on working shop, laboratory, and most suitable space where do not have power supply. Such as testing spot or flammable and explosive special environment.

Operating principle
Utilize the strong magnetic field of permanent magnet; magnetize the surface of ferromagnetic material, It could form partial magnetic pole on or close the surface,
And scatter high-quality magnetic powder, It will be absorb on the flaw place by the magnetic pole, 
By this mean, we could find the shape and situation of the flaw  

Structure feature
The distance between magnetic pole is 50-200mm, and it is continuous and adjustable. The probe is rotatable, so it could detect flaw on various surface.     
Also, it could work segmented and partial on large work piece, it is much more superior on these occasion that working at heights and inconvenience power supply

Operating method 
Please get ready before you do flaw detection, take off the fill iron and test it, lifting power>12kg, it could be use.  
When you do flaw detector, adjust the distance between the magnetic pole,so that the work piece could touch the yoke and work as the detector technology rule. Large work piece could segment and partial test.
After operate completed, short out the two yoke use the fill iron and make loop control, so that it could reduce the disturb of ground and outside magnetic.
